Security to the last step
Options
Regarding the platform, the customer can choose between with or without roof.
The folding stairs are available with 3, 4, 5 or 6 steps.
The safetycages are available from (mm): 1.400 x 1.400 up to 10.000 x 1.400.
Will be fully galva/painted.
Performance test
Folding stairs and Multi Modal Platforms will be mounted on a test stand post, enabling us to do the
performance test.
Linear spring balancing and or pneumatic cylinder balancing will be adjusted in order to achieve perfect movements.
All moving parts of rotation will be checked on their proper functioning.
Dimension check included.
Surface treatment
All our Folding stairs and Multi Modal Platforms are standard Hot-Dipped Galvanized to Din 50.976 and EN 21.461
Aluminium will not be painted.

The SCLR20 movable platform is adjustable in all heights, in order to fit every type of truck.
The operator will be able to adjust the walking area on the truck with panels, in such a way that he can safely walk to each filling holes.
Folding stairs
Stairs are the last step before finishing a load project and GASSÓ manufactures them in different types:
With or without safety cage and with 3, 4 or 6 steps.
Measures of safety cage can be as followed (mm):
1.400 x 1.400 up to 10.000 x 1.400.
It also makes structural tube structures on foundations, access stairs to platforms, operator canopies and anchors for arms.
Safety equipments
We designed our safety equipment to ensure safety during loading and unloading. Be it a top loading arm or a bottom loading arm, we feel the need to make the complete operation inherently safe.
