HSL 4″ Bottom Loading Arm

Description

The bottom loading arm, model HSL with flexibile hose is conform API_RP1004 and is the most popular bottom loading arm type. Due to the design it allows multiple arms to cross over each other in the loading bays during the filling process. In the end this means that multiple fluids can be filled at the same loading bay to different connections of a fuel tanker. Instead of having a droptube (top loading), this bottom loading arm has a 2200mm composite hose, special designed for bottom loading arm operations to give maximum flexibility and strength.
On customer request, we can supply buttom loading hose covers for product identification.

The working envelope, in which the adaptors on the tank truck are positioned, is described in the API_1004 RP. Regardless of the tank truck layout, as long as it is according to API_1004, the Gasso bottom loading arms can be connected.

As a standard, the Gasso bottom loading arm will be delivered with the GASSO QC-1 API coupler for a quick and dripless connection.
Upon request VSL Vapor Recovery bottom loading arm with corresponding API vapor coupler, can be supplied.
